Shipping times vary from 2 to 5 days within the continental USA.

Some items may ship separately, such as our coffee mugs and grinders.

We may use flat-rate priority boxes to reduce the cost of shipping if you have multiple items. We will notify you and provide you with a store credit if the shipping calculated during checkout is more than the actual shipping cost.

Coffee Club shipments will be during the first and third weeks of each month. Depending on the time of your order, it may take up to two weeks to receive your first shipment.

For our international customers, please email us with your order so that we may provide the best shipping option to your country.

The Black Dog Coffee Company is pleased to offer Free Home Delivery for orders of 1 pound or more to residents of Jefferson County WV and selected adjacent areas (Berryville VA, Millwood VA, Boyce VA).

The shopping cart will automatically recognize your Zip Code and give you the option of Free Home Delivery when you have 1 pound or more in your cart. Deliveries requests will be batched together and will initially be done on Saturdays. Please be sure to include telephone and email contacts in your account profile so we can reach you for directions if necessary. If we have missed your Zip Code or you live in another adjacent area not already included, please contact us via email us and we will consider getting your area added.
